Three days ago at 9:30am I called Brian about the air-condition stopped working, he let me reach Alex for service. Alex came to my house before 1pm that day for a diagnostic, he came back at about 4:30pm with new parts after finishing some jobs at other sites, by 5:10pm, the air-condition/heat pump hummed beautifully. Just to give an example, how wonderful sunset heating and cooling is. From a customer of 8 years.

Very pleased with the equipment, customer service and commitment to please. Brian and his crew were absolutely wonderful. So easy to work with. My home is once again warm and cozy!
